At this time we are happy to be exclusively offering you products from IOD (iron orchids designs). We will not be stocking or offering items from competing companies with like products. It has been an amazing year for IOD and their product is in extremely high demand, demand is higher than production at times and supplies run out. However they (IOD) work diligently to restock as soon as possible. Even if we run out of product we will still be excepting orders (with a 100% refund policy up to 24 hours after notice of how long it will take to replenish our product). Most orders can be made and filled upon order submission (exception would be back ordered products or preorder items). Written notice will be given if an item you have ordered is back ordered or preorder.
The following is a list of PREORDER items shipping this fall, shipping dates vary item to item please contact us directly via email for details (these items will be in extremely high demand and it's suggested you preorderthem in order to ensure availability): All items are stocked and ready to ship, however as stock sells extremely quickly stock does and can run out. We will ship as quickly as we can.
For all the items listed above WE WILL STILL BE ACCEPTING ORDERS and will ship them as they become available.
